What is the standard production time for custom wristbands?
Most custom silicone and cloth wristbands take 7-10 business days for production, while stock items like Tyvek usually ship the same business day if ordered before 2 PM CST.
Can I print my own logo or artwork on the wristbands?
Yes, we offer fully customizable options where you can upload your own logos, choose specific fonts, and select pantone colors to match your branding.
Are your wristbands waterproof and durable for multi-day events?
Absolutely. Our plastic and vinyl wristbands are 100% waterproof and designed for multi-day use, while our Tyvek options are water-resistant and ideal for one-day events.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large organizations?
We provide significant volume discounts for bulk orders. The more you buy, the lower the price per unit. Please contact our sales team for a custom quote on orders over 10,000 units.
What is your return policy for customized products?
Because custom products are manufactured to your specific requirements, they cannot be returned. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, we will replace the items at no additional cost.
